I just completed an interview with Marie-Josee Salvas Shaar for my Life Habits podcast series. The topic was sleep, food, mood, and exercise. It really got me thinking. Marie-Josee's theme throughout the session is that all four of these elements work together in an integrated fashion and working on each of them will yield a multiplicative overall effect. She has some great advice regarding what to eat in order to optimize creativity. She also stresses the importance of sleep and provides advice on getting good sleep.
